Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use Paylune at paylune.app. Paylune is operated by Invexsoft, a business registered in the Republic of Korea (details at the bottom). By using Paylune, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What Paylune does

Paylune lets you create invoices, download them as PDFs, share them with a private link, and, on the Pro plan, email them to your clients. You can try the editor at /try without an account.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure — anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use Paylune for a business, you accept these terms on behalf of that business.

3. Your invoices and content

• You own what you put into Paylune. You give us permission to store, display, render, and send it only so we can run the service for you.
• You are responsible for what your invoices say: amounts, tax rates, legal and tax requirements in your country, and your clients’ details. Paylune does not give tax, legal, or accounting advice.
• Only enter a client’s details if you have a legitimate reason to use them for billing.
• Payment links you add are your own. Paylune does not create, process, or guarantee payments between you and your clients, and is not a party to that transaction.
• Keep your own copies. Download the PDFs you need to keep for your records.

4. Shared invoice links

Anyone who has an invoice’s link can view it without an account. The link cannot currently be revoked or changed after the invoice is sent. Voiding an invoice keeps the link working but marks it as voided. Deleting your account makes all your links stop working.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

• Free includes 3 invoices per month, counted by the month of each invoice’s issue date.
• Pro is billed monthly in USD, and the price shown includes tax. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., which handles checkout, payment, invoicing, and sales tax. Polar’s own terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can cancel anytime from Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there are no partial refunds for unused time.
• If you email support@paylune.app within 14 days of a charge, we will refund that charge in full.
• If we change the price of Pro, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Paylune to:

• create fake, fraudulent, or misleading invoices, or bill someone for something they didn’t agree to;
• send spam or unwanted email through the invoice email feature;
• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• get around plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, or access other users’ data;
• scrape the service or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. This deletes your profile, clients, and all invoices, including sent ones, and cancels any Pro subscription immediately. It cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to backups and billing records.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Paylune running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we will give you notice and, where appropriate, a refund.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or unpaid invoices, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. For changes that affect you negatively, we will also email you at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for pricing). If you don’t agree, you can stop using Paylune and delete your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections that the laws of your country give you and that cannot be waived by contract.
